This section is intended for consumers who have been unable to obtain insurance in the voluntary market, and wish to make application to the FAIR Plan. This consumer guide provides information on eligibility and coverage offered by NJIUA.

We encourage consumers to contact a licensed insurance agent to assist them in obtaining insurance. Listings of insurance agents are available in your local phone book, or by using a link to agents' associations.

Consumers who wish to use NJIUA without an agency must sign a Direct Authorization letter.
