NJIUA will now send a postcard to your insureds notifying them an inspection of their
property is required. The message on the card will inform the insureds to expect a phone
call from our vendor within two weeks to arrange an appointment for the inspection. The insureds
are advised to call our customer service department if they do not receive a call by the end of the two week period.
